This square system allows fans to enjoy Korean BBQ in a pleasant environment. This down-draft design sucks smoke through a unique ventilation system under the grill to prevent smoke from being released into the restaurant. By getting rid of the usual ventilation hood above the table, restaurant owners have more space and creative freedom in their restaurant design.

The JSDR-400 comes with a hot plate and a tripod for grilling and hot-pot cooking. This is the first and only square, down-draft grill available in the US. You are welcome to come and check it out yourself.
